One of my personal favorites as far as casinos go in las vegas is certainly the Rio. I find this place’s casual atmosphere and constant open shows and entertainers to be very indicative of a fun time! The various shows the Rio puts on makes for a wonderful experience as you meander about the casino floor looking for that next lucky slot machine. But for our purposes, this time we came out to gorge ourselves and dive face first into one of the most appetizing and fanciful buffets in las vegas, the Rio Carnival Buffet.
